Vinification: classic, fermentation in contact with berry skins (maceration) for at least 4 weeks at 28°C.

Maturation: 3 months in stainless steel tanks, 3,5 years in 500 l oak barrels, 6 months assembled in stainless steel tanks, then bottled and resting in bottles for at least 1 year before presentation to the market

Alcohol: 13,5% vol.

Sugar: dry

Aging potential: 15 let

Description: Merlot from the best vintages matures only for 3 years in 500 l oak barrels to become Brjač, a totally harmonic wine. Deep ruby red, with a very intense, rich aroma, scent of mixed red fruit jam, chocolate, vanilla and tobacco, red pepper and other spices. Results in an intense, full bodied and long, warm and powerful finish with velvet -like mature tannins.
