Maturation: 11 months in stainless steel tanks, at least 3 months in bottles

Alcohol: 13,5% vol.

Recommended serving temperature: 12°C - 14°C

Description: Sauvignonasse (formerly Tocai Friulano) is a hay yellow wine with green shades. Despite its youth its aroma is quite complex with a scent of citrus fruit, elder blossoms and dry flowers. The intense taste is medium acid, fresh, mineral, refined and well balanced. It is soft, full-bodied and with a long finish.
