Vinification: classic, fermentation in contact with berry skins (maceration) for at least 4 weeks at 28°C.

Maturation: 3 months in stainless steel tanks, 16 months in new barrique and tonneaux oak barrels, 3 months assembled in stainless steel tanks then bottled and resting in bottles for at least 1 year before presentation to the market

Alcohol: 14% vol.

Sugar: dry

Aging potential: 15 years

Recommended serving temperature: 20°C
