Vinification: classic, fermentation in contact with berry skins (maceration) for at least 3 weeks at 28°C.

Maturation: 10 months in stainless steel tanks, at least 3 months in bottles

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Sugar: dry

Aging potential: 5 years

Recommended serving temperature: 16°C - 18°C

Description: Deep ruby red wine with violet shades, seductive aroma: fresh black currants, plums and wild berries and bramble berries, soft raisins and some spices. The rich taste of raspberries and dark cherries, combined with plum jam is very intense, warm, powerful and with a long finish with well-rounded tannins. The wine is fresh but very pleasant and soft with a pretty aftertaste.
