Vinification: cold maceration for 48 hours, pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30-35 days at 15°C

Maturation: 11 months in stainless steel tanks, at least 3 months in bottles

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Sugar: dry

Aging potential: 5 years

Recommended serving temperature: 12°C - 14°C

Description: Rebula wine is full of sun energy, warm, soft, rich, intense golden yellow, like old gold. The full ripeness of grapes may be noted through the aroma, chestnut honey, candied fruits, bread dough and sweet bread predominate. The taste is full-bodied, soft and warm but totally dry and youthfully fresh, with a light bitter note.
