Vinification: cold maceration for 24 hours, pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 28-30 days at 17°C

Maturation: 11 months in stainless steel tanks, at least 3 months in bottles

Alcohol: 13,5% vol.

Aging potential: 5 years

Recommended serving temperature: 12°C - 14°C

Description: Very ripe, selected white Pinot grapes bring to the wine the warmth of the summer sun. Hay yellow, glittering, with an aroma of citrus fruit, white fruit, apricot jam, dried white flowers and a light scent of acacia honey. The balance between structure and acid is optimal. It is warm and soft, full-bodied with a long finish.
